As a school, we embrace the new education system namely 2.6.6.3 or 2.6.3.3, as some would put it, and the International Cambridge Education Systems. The structure is as follows;  From primary level: 3 years of lower primary, 3 years of upper primary, 3 years of Lower/Junior Secondary, 3 years of Senior Secondary and 3 years of Tertiary Education.

Students in Lower Primary receive instructions in:

  2. Kiswahili language activities/ Kenya sign language for learners who are deaf
  3. English language activities
  4. Indigenous language
  5. Mathematical activities
  6. Environmental activities
  7. Hygiene and nutrition activities
  8. Religious education activities
  9. Movement and creative activities
  10. Spanish/French

Students in upper primary receive instructions in:

  1. English
  2. Kiswahili language activities/ Kenya sign language for learners who are deaf
  3. Home science
  4. Agriculture
  5. Science and technology
  6. Mathematics
  7. Religious education
  8. Creative arts
  9. Physical and health education
  10. Social studies
  11. Foreign language ( Arabic, French, German, mandarin and Spanish )

ICT crosscuts in all subjects.

Meaningful homework is assigned that reinforces the lessons taught during the day, and gives students more time to complete tasks begun in class. The amount of homework is appropriate for each grade level.

The school day begins promptly 8 am and ends at 3pm from Monday to Fridays.
